By accessing or using the services, website, or any product developed by DevBout (hereinafter "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the conditions set out here, please do not use our services.

DevBout shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products, including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Company's total liability to the client shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

7. Warranties and Support

DevBout warrants that the delivered products will meet the specifications agreed upon in the proposal or contract. Any defect reported within 30 calendar days of formal delivery will be fixed at no additional cost, provided it is not the result of modifications made by the client or third parties.

8. Changes to the Service and These Terms

DevBout reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be announced through the official website or by email. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the city of La Plata, Buenos Aires province, waiving any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply.
